We had a fantastic time exploring local art in the Medina and New Town! This place is a hidden gem, stunning design, and the staff was super nice. They even stored our luggage while we traveled. Just a fantastic group vacation with friends, definitely recommend it for relaxation!
Service was a bit slow. we had to wait for drinks. It could be better considering the expectations for this type of place, but overall, the vibe made it worth it.

The terrace pool was a nice touch.
The check-in process was incredibly frustrating. We arrived well after the designated time and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our room to be ready. Overall, the service felt lackluster and unprofessional during our stay.

A Hidden Gem in the Medina
Spent 3 nights in a Queen Suite, and wow! The decor was absolutely stunning. like stepping into another world. The staff was super friendly, always ready to help us out with great recommendations. Breakfast was included, and it was delish! Just a bit noisy at night due to the medina action. Otherwise, a fantastic place to unwind.

Family friendly hidden gem
Isham deserves a shoutout for walking us to our destinations so we didn’t get lost. The riad itself has this beautiful old-world charm, it felt like we were stepping into a different era while enjoying all modern amenities.
Sure it wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for.

Just a balanced option for a short stint in Marrakesh with best value for money ratio. The staff were super nice and even helped me with directions until I felt comfortable. Make sure to double-check any charges you receive.

Can just recommend for a quick trip
Stunning hotel, impeccable service, we stayed in the red suite, which had amazing attention to detail, and we appreciated the convenient location in the Medina that made exploring the area so easy. The free wi-fi in rooms was a nice touch.
Can’t fault anything about it.
